Our partner is a leading designer of licensed movie products that enhance the in-theatre experience for moviegoers. They focus on delivering cutting-edge concessions solutions and innovative promotions to theater exhibitors globally. They are expanding their reach beyond theatres into stadiums, arenas, amusement parks, and other non-theatre markets and are looking for a passionate Product and Design Manager to join their dynamic team.

Product Management:
- Lead creative product development, ensuring alignment with our Product
Innovation (PI) team, market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, sales, engineering) to guide products from concept to completion.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on customer and business needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Leadership and Management:
- Partner with senior leadership to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and ensuring
alignment with product objectives

- Ensure a collaborative and innovative work environment, balancing design
creativity with product marketability.

Design and Production Oversight:
- Oversee the creative design process from concept through to final production,  ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Approve final product designs, assist PI with Studio Approvals and ensure they are factory-ready, meeting all technical specifications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of design software and tools to troubleshoot
design challenges.

Project Management:
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all product design and
development milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet objectives.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes, ensuring the highest standard of design and production output.
- Ensure that all designs and products comply with industry standards and
regulations, providing a seamless approval process.

 Technical Expertise:
- Leverage design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) to review and refine
designs, ensuring they meet production and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot any design-related issues during the production process to prevent delays.

Elvárások / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or design management, ideally in a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
- Experience managing design teams and working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc. ).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
