On behalf of our international manufacturing Partner, we are seeking Candidates for the position of Product Development Engineer at junior, medior, and senior levels. We welcome applications from Mechanical, Electrical, and Mechatronics Engineers for the following tasks: Independently develop the mechanical details and functions of new and existing packages and product families Drive projects from concept development to the introduction of high-volume production in our Warstein and Cegled facilities Ensure that developments are based on the latest research and technologies, integrated into designs and systems in a cost-optimized manner Define constructive designs for new products, considering new materials in the entire chain from the supplier to the product-related manufacturing concept ("design-for-manufacturability" / "design-to-cost") Evaluate and verify new and existing solutions using suitable methods such as simulations and experimental investigations, as well as interpreting the results obtained Coordinate cross-departmental interests (e. g. , electrical development, purchasing, production, quality assurance) during the concept creation phase Present newly developed mechanical product features at internal specialist conferences worldwide and outside the company, e. g. , at congresses or conferences

What you need to have:

• Higher education (Bsc or Msc) in mechatronic engineering

• Confident use of Hungarian and English in writing and speaking

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the field of product development, but theyare open to juniors as well

• Experience in designing mechanical components in 3D CAD, developing basic electrical circuits

• The ideal candidate for us is agile, a team player, has a high degree of flexibility, is able to handle complexity.
