Your new role

Bridging business requirement and technical feasibility: Discuss and create high-level solution concept and software needs, define specification for data interfacing and administrative services.

Interface with Software Architects and Development Teams: Drive, plan, and accompany software development sprints; provide guidance and clarification on the user stories and concept.

Driving continuous improvement for the software: Expand the capability of our software by leading the initiative to enhance software reliability, availability, and performance; to integrate external software system according to business strategy.

Debug and Mitigate Customer Issues: Actively support customer-reported issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate the development of mitigation to prevent recurrence.

What you'll need to succeed

Technical knowledge: Expertise in data integration techniques, including RESTful APIs, message queue and other data pipeline design. Familiarity with software programming/testing, software architecture, software interfacing and common IT technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc. ).

Software development: Understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies. Experienced in B2B software development.

Product management: High-level knowledge of product management practices with regard to functional specification writing for a development team.

Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse complex technical problems and devise effective solutions. Proven ability to identify and resolve issues using technical expertise and critical thinking.

Teamwork and adaptability: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to changes in project targets or objectives.

Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal proficiency, ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
