• Liaising with the business area and developers,
• External / internal supplier management,
• Problem escalation, problem management,
• Task tracking, reporting, quality control,
• Cost control,
• Identify and consolidate IT technical needs, understand and align business needs with IT needs,
• Backlog maintenance,
• Creating epics, user stories,
• Preparing management decisions,
• Organising and managing quarterly planning

• Experience in a similar position in a financial institution or insurance company,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a product owner/project manager and/or senior business analyst,
• Experience in strategic IT project management,
• High level of knowledge of web and API technologies,
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking and rigour,
• Good advocacy skills,
• Active professional English language skills.
