Tasks and responsibilities:
- Liaising with the business area and developers,
- External / internal supplier management,
- Problem escalation, problem management,
- Task tracking, reporting, quality control,
- Cost control,
- Identify and consolidate IT technical needs, understand and align business needs with IT needs,
- Backlog maintenance,
- Creating epics, user stories,
- Preparing management decisions,
- Organising and managing quarterly planning
Requirements to fill this job:
- Experience in a similar position in a financial institution or insurance company,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a product owner/project manager and/or senior business analyst,
- Experience in strategic IT project management,
- High level of knowledge of web and API technologies,
- Analytical mindset, systems thinking and rigour,
- Good advocacy skills,
- Active professional English language skills.
Not required, but definitely a plus:
- If you have experience in CRM system development,
- If you have experience in modernising legacy systems,
- Excellent planning and timely risk management skills,
- If you have agile project management experience.
