Thanks to the increasing demand for high-quality compliance services, Tax Desk has rapidly grown to a team of over 40 professionals specializing in tax compliance and technology.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Controller/Manager to join our team in Hungary on a full-time basis, contributing to the effective oversight and management of our financial and operational metrics.

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Own and manage multiple workstreams focused on compliance systems, document handling, communications, reporting, and more
• Capture current and future business needs and translate them into clear, structured product roadmaps
• Ensure alignment across multiple tools and platforms to create a single, cohesive solution
• Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful product outcomes
• Leverage the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, 365, Power Automate, SharePoint) and No-Code/Low-Code Cloud solutions to deliver business value
• Identify and integrate AI & automation opportunities (CoPilot and beyond) to improve efficiency

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-moving technology-driven environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical implementation
• Ability to manage multiple tools/products while ensuring a seamless experience for users
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in Tax, Finance, Audit, or Compliance is preferred but not essential for a quick learner
• Attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple workstreams while keeping focus on business goals
