Tasks and responsibilities:

Liaising with the business area and developers,

External / internal supplier management,

Problem escalation, problem management,

Task tracking, reporting, quality control,

Cost control,

Identify and consolidate IT technical needs, understand and align business needs with IT needs,

Backlog maintenance,

Creating epics, user stories,

Preparing management decisions,

Organising and managing quarterly planning

Requirements to fill this job:

Experience in a similar position in a financial institution or insurance company,

Minimum 3 years of experience as a product owner/project manager and/or senior business analyst,

Experience in strategic IT project management,

High level of knowledge of web and API technologies,

Analytical mindset, systems thinking and rigour,

Good advocacy skills,

Active professional English language skills.

Not required, but definitely a plus:

If you have experience in CRM system development,

If you have experience in modernising legacy systems,

Excellent planning and timely risk management skills,

If you have agile project management experience.
