• Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area,
• Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals,
• Checking and verifying the translation of production related process documents before creating SOPs,
• Responsibility for implementing the training plan for area employees,
• Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures;
• Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction;
• Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in automotive industry.
• At least 2 years experience in people leader role,
• English language,
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
