FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Kft. is a subsidiary of FL Technics UAB, a provider of tailor-made services for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), delivering solutions to commercial aviation customers worldwide. FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Kft. is specialized in the maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and brakes.    

To expand our team in Budapest (Ecser), we are looking for: PRODUCTION MANAGER,

• Organizing work on the production site and ensuring the implementation of production plans.
• Preparing detailed production activity reports based on established KPI indicators.
• Preparing and managing budgets for production operations.
• Resolving and addressing production issues, including equipment malfunctions and supply chain disruptions.

• Work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and work effectively with numbers.
• Fluent communication in English and Hungarian.
