An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Production Manager to join a newly established, frozen food manufacturing site in Dunavarsány. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and leading the full-scale production operation in a greenfield project environment.

This position offers the unique chance to build and lead a production unit from the ground up, implement modern manufacturing principles, and shape the future of a high-quality food production facility.

Production Management: Lead the planning and implementation of all production and maintenance activities.

Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a team of 160 employees, drive performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Process & Infrastructure Development: Implement capacity strategies, upgrade technologies, and support expansion projects.

Quality & Food Safety: Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, IFS).

Safety & Risk Management: Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Food, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering)

Min. 8 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS)

Fluent in Hungarian and English (written & spoken)

ERP and production software proficiency

Experience in greenfield or plant ramp-up projects is highly advantageous Amit nyújtunk / Benefits
