Manages the factory with regard to manpower, equipment and materials

Oversees the Manufacturing process and constantly monitor the KPI

Responsible for the management of a factory and for achieving the production targets

Responsible for budgeting and reporting activities for manufacturing

Ensures and supervises the correct and efficient utilization of the plant machinery, equipment and services of the factory

Ensures the realization of planned production in terms of quality, time and costs

Makes proposal for the quality and efficiency development of the production

Ensures the implementation of Lean production

Promotes continuous improvement

Oversees and manages the maintenance processes and constantly checks its KPI

Proposes optimization of power usage and programs to update to new technologies

Responsible for compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations of the personnel employed in the factory Elvárások / Requirements

Degree in engineering

10+ years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in automotive industry

Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams

Strong understanding of production processes and Lean management principles

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling production metrics
