• Lead the development and implementation of global supply chain planning processes and standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop best-in-class planning work processes.
• Manage and develop a team of planners to ensure efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Oversee short, mid, and long-term supply plans for raw materials, production, and distribution.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize supply chain operations and minimize costs.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Co-lead the creation of end-to-end planning standards.
• Partner with IT and Global Process Owners to standardize ERP systems and planning tools.
• Train and develop a high-performing planning organization.
• Oversee the development of supply plans and inventory strategies.
• Lead coordination with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Optimize transportation routes and costs.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Master's degree and professional certification (e. g. , APICS, CSCP) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with SIOP demand and supply planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e. g. , S4/Hana, APO, IBP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive change and build strategic plans.
