• Contribute to the upper skill development of production team and implement skills matrix.
• Manage with technical coordinators and shifleaders the production plan in order to achieve  Turnover plan (MFT mode: scheduling, maintenance, supervisor, quality)
• Put in place KPis to manage production by staying align with company KPis
• Productivity / WIP at means / Waiting time / WIPage / Parts delivered / PPC adherence / OTD / OTQ / OTC
• Participate to safety gemba (weekly) and insure follow up of action plan with HSE
• Monitor and increase efficiency of the production: Push and Follow ideas to reduce cost and lead time
• Implement Best practices, Lesson learnt into production by applying basic concept of lean and visual management
• Insure with maintenance the good implementation of new means in the workshop

• Minimum secondary/technical education,  
• At least 5 years of machining experience in an automotive company,
• Fluency in written / spoken English,
• Experience in using ERP system,
• Excellent communication and motivational skills,
• Proactive attitude, problem solving and decision making skills,
• Leadership skills,
• An advantage: Experience in low volume manufacturing.
