We are looking for a
Professional Assistant
to New & Sustainable Businesses VP
In a nutshell, you will be providing professional support to the New and Sustainable Businesses (NSB) VP, including preparing and accessing decision-making materials for top management and coordinating stakeholder management processes. You will oversee the entire operation of New and Sustainable Businesses, covering circular chemicals, sustainable business lines, gas and power trading, and entrepreneurial program management. Additionally, you will lead or contribute to project work within NSB’s responsibility and drive key business initiatives.
Your role will also involve active cooperation with SN and INA peer organizations, managing internal and external communication, and organizing professional meetings. You will facilitate collaboration across functional areas, ensure smooth business operations, and proactively handle operational tasks, including maintaining up-to-date process descriptions and regulations.
To be successful in the role, you will need the following soft skills:
Prioritization: As the gatekeeper to the NSB VP, you must understand urgency and importance.
Trustworthiness: You will have access to sensitive information, which must remain confidential, as any leakage could significantly impact the organization.
Multitasking / Teamwork: You will be part of a team, assisting the NSB management team with various tasks, such as supporting management in people engagement actions.
Communication Skills: Since you will be approached with numerous questions and topics, active listening and timely, appropriate responses are essential.
Visualization: You will create high-quality decision-making materials in an easy-to-read, easy-to-understand format based on limited and unstructured information.
Besides the above soft skills, to be successful in this innovative business position, you will require the followings:
BSc/MSc in economics or engineering
Fluent level of English
Good understanding of refining and chemical business as well as sustainability topics
5 years of professional working experience
3+ years of experience at MOL in one of the areas: DS, logistics, trading, project management
