- Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s)
- Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs
- Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders
- Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
- Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations
- Establishes operations standards for quality, productivity, cost control, waste reduction, on-time delivery, safety and environmental
- Recognizes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints
- Establishes clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results (i. e. operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, attendance records, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities, personal development goals)
- Coordinates team efforts to develop integrated plans and risk analysis with action plans to mitigate the risks
- Financial Management and analysis of costs for programs including Capital Expenditures Requests (CER's) travel, training, resources allocation and other project related costs.
- Forecast program budget and HR needs for current and future site needs
- Accountable for overall P&L success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management
- Identifies best cost solutions to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i. e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems)
- Provides key stakeholders with regular performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions (if required)
- Participates in the exchange of ideas and information within the department and with other Ivy facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the company
- Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
- Ensures that continuous process improvement is pursued throughout all areas of the business and that all projects are carried out in a timely, financially sound manner consistent with company goals
- Designs clear and consistent messages for a variety of diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of delivery
- Performs other duties as assigned
- 5-8 years of experience required while leading a program with P&L responsibility
- Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge suitable for business negotiations
- Bachelor's Degree. Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, requires little supervision can lead by influence
- Customer facing skills/management and balance Ivy and customer needs
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Understand principals of 5S and Lean approach
- Credible in the electronic repair technical space and able to relate effectively to subject matter experts internal and external
- Fundamental knowledge of cost accounting principles
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
