We are seeking a Program Manager (Impact tracking and Performance Management) to join our international partner. In this role you will support global transition programs and change management.

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in performance management, financial analysis, strategic planning, or similar fields.
• Proven expertise in working within a global organization,  
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau and other project management platforms.
