As a project cost estimator you will have the insights on the biggest investments in Hungary which are aiming to shape a sustainable future.   So if you are an experienced engineer who wants to create something that really lasts, we are looking for you to join us as a   Project Cost Estimator to accomplish discipline cost estimating and contracting negotiation activities during preparation and implementation of construction projects, improve estimating methodologies, create and handle databases.    Place of work: Budapest / Százhalombatta / Tiszaújváros / Algyő     As a Project Cost Estimator you will  Define CAPEX of required investment material, labor and equipment resources for individual construction projects according to technical scope aligning to its rate of specificationVisit sites and record information on physical and technical conditions relevant for capital cost estimation, prepare quantity survey Contribute in preparation of management discission making materials Harmonize different parametric, factor and detailed estimating methods Contribute in development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database Make recommendations for development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database Analyze and review budget estimates submitted by Contractors/Vendors, actively participate in contracting price negotiations Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports of achievements Handle any emerging miscellaneous tasks using professional experience   Requirements  Completed degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) At least 3 years job experience Fluent in Hungarian, advanced English in both written and verbal Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and cost estimating softwares (Terc, ACCE, Cleopatra, etc. )Driving license What we offer  Attractive compensation package - gross 800, 000 HUF cafeteria, 13th month salary Extensive training portfolio - you will have numerous opportunities for self-development, including internal trainings led by our experienced colleagues and external programs (e. g. university courses) Medicover health insurance: Broad outpatient care and essential annual screenings at exclusive private clinincs and medical institutions, promoting conscious helath preservationWell-being benefits: Covering for areas of life - health preservation, financial awareness and planning, community and support in all life situationsLife and accident insurance for the entire duration of employmentOpportunity to work for one of Central Europe's largest,  stable and multicultural company To have an impact: contribute to shaping the future of MOL Group and gain insights into the industry through collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teamsFlexiwork opportunities
