• Participation in the development of requirements for new production tools and equipment.
• Coordinating the installation and commissioning of production tools and equipment.
• Design and optimization of the production process (taking into account quality, capacity, ergonomics).
• Contributing to the design of equipment and devices (tools, measuring devices) belonging to new projects, or coordination of purchases.
• Organization of sample productions or conduct.
• Production support in the first serial production phase of the product.
• Organization and conduct of FDPR, taking, enforcing, implementing and monitoring the necessary measures regarding the results in order to achieve the project goals.
• Preparation of cost calculations.
• Participation in the preparation of the complete technical documentation of the products (PFMEA, FC, etc. ).
• Compliance and follow-up of project milestones.
• Technical support for product-related change management, updating documentation.
• Introduction of new products into serial production (handover-acceptance).
• Detailed descriptions of the quality control processes, inspections, and the problems discovered during them.
• They identify potential risks and contain suggestions for their management.
• Cooperation with partner areas.
• Cooperation with external partners.
• Full support of the Project Manager in managing projects.
• Preparation for customer and internal audits or participation.
• Participation in the follow-up of projects (follow-up until project closure).
• Solving project risks and problems, handling unexpected challenges

• 1-3 years of work experience in the project area
• Specialized qualification
• Fluent English knowledge
• Teamwork
• Technical knowledge

• Experience in a similar field
