It includes detailed planning and project planning in the planning phase, monitoring project progress and delivery in the implementation phase, and focusing on the requirements of customers and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position is required to be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project, leading the successful delivery of the project while meeting the cost, duration and quality requirements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the delivery of the contract fulfillment to achieve the business goals (progress, revenue, cost, ITO, professional service sales etc. ) of the account department through delivery of program management governance, contract management, and resources management
- Responsible for managing customer satisfaction to ensure customer is satisfied with Huawei in all aspects, including project delivery, services, communication and the business ethic etc.
- To foster and build good relationship with the customer for revenue growth
- Work closely with the account team and other relevant stakeholders to engage customers and to deliver high quality services to customers
- Handle customer complaint including drafting reply letter and handling customer visits etc.
- Actively identify improvement programs to enhance the performance of the project delivery and customer satisfaction works
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- English can be used as the skilled working language.
- Minimum 3 years in project management experience
- Basic telecom industry knowledge is preferable
- Contracts and project negotiation experience for win-win relationships.
- Ability to build good customer relationship at all levels
- Good presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to define project and work independently and/or work as part of a Team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management knowledge, experience of responsible for project delivery on telecom/IT projects
- Good business knowledge of the local telecom market
- Ability and confidence to communicate with customer, especially with the senior management
- Experience of involving in negotiation of Contract terms with customer
- Good inter-personal skill and a strong team player to solve problem effectively
- Good speaking, negotiating and conflict management skills
- Demonstrate good leadership capability
