Facilitate Project Management process maintenance, improvement, and deployment activities
Coordinate, support, document the Project Management process improvements
Ensure that the Project Management process improvements are in-line with the internal PMO standards
Ensure that the Project Management Process is compliant with industrial and project management standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
Support the deployment activities of Project Management process improvements and related workproducts on running customer projects
Support the overall Project Managers to be conform with the latest tkp Project Management process standards and creation of the related workproducts
Prepare advanced presentations, reports about the status of Project Management process improvement activities
Support the PMO in collecting feedback regarding Project Management process, process improvements and related workproducts
Support the PMO in communication of Project Management process improvement related topics and regarding other PMO activities Requirements / Elvárások
BSc or MSc degree in engineering, economics, management or IT field
Work experience in automotive industry / IT field / management related field
Work experience in process management area in the above mentioned fields is advantage
Strong competence in both Agile methodologies and traditional Project Management
Knowledge of industrial and Project Management Standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
Advanced verbal and epistolary English skills
Advanced user level Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
Microsoft PowerBI / AI skills are advantage
Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
