• Prepares specifications in collaboration with the central test engineering
• Actively participates in test design reviews and creates P-FMEA for test and programming equipment
• Contributes to the update of PL and Global standards related to equipment, methods and cyber security.
• Searches for potential test/programming equipment manufacturers and assigns stations for new projects
• Prepares the qualification plan
• Performs qualification in the industrialization and process validation phase
• Prepares product samples (good, bad, gold sample), organizes the validation of these samples and coordinates the registration with the measurement group of the organizational unit
• Prepares Test/Programming work instructions and organizes training for employees working in production (operators, machine setters, maintenance technicians)
• Performs R&R analysis for validation
• Performs measurements on product samples (good, bad, gold sample) for validation and prepares these validations
• Analyzes measurement data and collaborates with central test engineering in data evaluation

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in testing, validation, and test equipment design, including creating related documentation, within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with P-FMEA, R&R analysis, and industrial validation processes
• Experience in working with metrology equipment and interpreting measurement data
• Experience with preparation of qualification plans and test-related documents
• Ability to work with internal engineering teams and external suppliers
