Planning and controlling of component availability

Setting proactive actions to ensure component availability

Ordering process: Supplier acquisition for prototypes, supplier communication, part ordering and tracking

Decision of transport forwarder including tracking

Ensure transparency in component status

Provide part availability for production line set up and type integration

Provide part availability for launch of new products and versions during pre-series phase

Handover of component responsibility to production plant before start of series production Requirements / Elvárások
