Operational Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Procurement Manager to lead a dynamic team of 20 direct and indirect procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate procurement tasks, including order issuance and tracking in SAP, ensuring timely deliveries, initiating transport arrangements, approving supplier invoices, and maintaining daily supplier communication.

Collaborate closely with other departments (SCM, QA) and escalate issues to Category Managers and Strategic Buyers.

Participate in Supplier Business Reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.

Minimum 5 years of procurement and 3 years of leadership experience.

Proficient in SAP and fluent in English.

Creative, team player, adaptable to challenges and changes.

Preferred Experience:

ARIBA, VMI, procurement automation, and process support system implementation.
