Requirements

Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers, with 2+ years of working on large-scale applications using Python.

You have worked with multiple large scale applications with Python (5+ years).

Strong understanding of trade-offs in software development, with the ability to communicate these effectively to achieve common goals.

Insight into common development bottlenecks and a commitment to essential practices that drive productivity.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements within the Python ecosystem.

Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as Mypy, Flake8, FastAPI, Django, microservices, Kafka, streaming, Spark, Docker, and Git.
