J-Star Motion Hungary Kft is an innovative manufacturing venture in the process of establishing its presence in Kaposvár, Hungary, with operations expected to commence shortly. ,

• Responsible for daily IQC, IPQC, OQC activities, measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality.
• Involve in investigation of root causes for any non-conformance and procedural failures.
• Prepare training materials and train new inspectors on new products.
• Review and revise the required specifications in documentations prior to official release.
• Assit Quality Manager to build up, and  maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
• Responsible for first article inspection, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages.
• Initiate maintenance and calibration of all monitoring and measuring equipment.
• Review and analyze all inspection data for continual improvement purpose.
• Create and refine QC work Instructions and Quality Inspection plans.
• Ensure QA documentation and record correctly fill and up-to-date.
• Compile quality report for internal operation meeting.
• Organizing and conducting internal audits.
• Issue CAR/ CQP form when any non conformance products are detected.

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of manufacture company quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge in QC core tools, ISO9001, FMEA, and QCP, 8D Problem Solving Tools is an added advantage.
• Intermediate communication level in English.
