The MAM-Hungária Kft. has launched its baby products manufacturing for more than 30 years in Vaskeresztes. Most of our colleagues have been working with us for more than 10 years to improve babies’ healthy development. Did you know that every MAM pacifier and main part of baby bottle is produced in Vaskeresztes and delivered from here to anywhere in the world? • Leading, training, and motivating the quality assurance team to enhance efficiency
• Supporting, developing, and maintaining product and manufacturing process quality assurance, problem solving, and risk reduction
• Analyzing quality failures and complaints, developing measures for their management and prevention, and creating proactive steps to minimize risks
• Supervising quality systems, ensuring their efficiency, supporting production, and monitoring manufacturing
• Directing corrective-preventive activities: prevention, correction, analysis, and maintaining related documentation
• Continuously monitoring KPI metrics, analyzing and developing improvement proposals, and preparing quality reports

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, plastics industry, automotive, food industry, or similar fields
• Experience in leadership, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership position
• Proficiency in English for negotiation in writing and speaking
• Knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001, 14001 standards
• Knowledge of automotive standards and techniques, problem solving, and risk reduction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented and analytical mindset
• Precise, independent work and assertive presence

• Knowledge of the German language
• Familiarity with lean systems
• Knowledge and application of ISO 13485 standards
• Understanding of FSC, ISCC requirements
