• Customer support (Mercedes-Benz) / on-site contact person for assembly and quality
• Recording, analysing and forwarding error messages to the customer and production plants in accordance with 8D methodology
• Participation in daily meetings as required
• Coordination of rework materials
• Organisation and implementation of sorting/rework activities at the customer's
• Partial support with tasks from the quality customer centre in Renningen
• Support as a resident in other customer plants
• Communication approx. 50 % in English

• Engineering degree in the field of mechanical engineering / technical qualifications with experience is equivalent
• Experience in quality management in the automotive industry
• Very good knowledge of English and fluent written and spoken Hungarian, German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
• Shift working - on request
