Activities:

• Regularly monitor and understand the quality performance of products at the G&P customer’s client site within the region, as per G&P customer demand.
• Assist G&P customer manufacturing site engineers in addressing customer complaints and ensure smooth communication between the manufacturing site and the G&P customer’s client.
• Prepare and deliver data as required in customer-based meetings to all levels.
• Represent G&P customer in reporting major complaints from G&P customer’s clients. Support in the investigation and analysis of complaint, present 8D or similar report status and any other part related information as required.
• In response to G&P customer complaints about external risk inventory, collaborate with the client to provide sorting or rework guidance, and promptly identify breakpoints for G&P customer’s engineers and client engineers.
• If necessary, initiates sorting/reworking, or in special cases, performs these tasks themselves.
• Understand the application and assembly process of products at the G&P customer’s client site, and relay relevant information to G&P customer manufacturing site engineers to facilitate quality prevention measures.
• Conduct spot checks on G&P customer product to ensure compliance and proactively assess and report to G&P customer (only) potential quality deterioration trends.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to reduce the frequency of complaints from G&P customer clients.
• Assist in managing returns issues and logistics complaints.
• Address other temporary issues as required by the customer.

• Broad and varied experience working within a Quality Function in automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of APQP, Global 8D, PPAP, SPC, CPK, Taguchi, Ishikawa, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen and 6 Sigma processes.
• Experience of vehicle assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in written & verbal English.
• Basic computer skills/experience with in-house systems,
• Type B driver’s license.
