Halms (Huashuo Automotive Light Metal Solution) Hungary Kft. started operating in 2023 in the Southern Industrial Park of Debrecen. As a green field automotive supplier, our main profile is the production of engine and gearbox housings, with which we significantly contribute to the future of electric cars.

• Handle customer complaints, perform analyses, and implement action plans.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Operate and continuously improve the quality management system in compliance with automotive standards (e. g. , IATF 16949).
• Keeping quality systems up-to-date and ensuring audit readiness.
• Overseeing quality control processes.
• Coordinating defect management and corrective actions.
• Conducting quality transformation and establishing new operational principles: Transforming the quality mindset, introducing new operational principles.
• Adapting to new quality paradigms and organizing quality training: Training employees on quality standards.
• Preparing and analyzing quality reports: Regularly preparing reports on quality metrics, analyzing data, and making recommendations for process improvements based on these reports.
• Conduct management meetings with product assurance program department heads to establish.
• Cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive standards and quality management systems (IATF 16949).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
• Initiative – able to work in a self-directed manner to see issues through to completion

• IATF 16949, ISO 19011 and VDA 6. 3 training / internal auditor certification 
• IATF 16949 core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP) training
