Activities:

• Regularly monitor and understand the quality performance of products at the G&P customer’s client site within the region, as per G&P customer demand.
• Assist customer’s supplier quality engineers in addressing customer complaints and ensure smooth communication between the manufacturing site and the G&P customer’s client.
• Prepare and deliver data as required by the Resident engineer.
• Support in the investigation and analysis of complaint.
• Collaborate with the client to provide sorting or rework guidance, and promptly identify breakpoints for G&P customer’s engineers and client engineers.
• Perform sorting/reworking tasks themselves.
• If neccessary, conduct spot checks on G&P customer product.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to reduce the frequency of complaints from G&P customer clients.
• Assist in managing returns issues and logistics complaints.
• Address other temporary issues as required by the customer.

• Broad and varied experience working within a Quality Function in automotive industry,
• Working knowledge of Global 8D and Ishikawa.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel,
• Confident communication skills in written and spoken English.

• German language skills,
• Experience of vehicle assemly and manufacturing processes,
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Type B driver's licence.
