R&D Warranty Engineer (Automotive Electrical Systems)

In our site, which was integrated in 2022 (former Valeo Siemens eAutomotive), we develop the most modern technologies for electric mobility and offer compact and highly reliable products for various types of hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles.
Our site is located in the Videoton Industrial Park in Veszprém, where we produce on-board chargers, inverters and eAxle products on more than 20, 000 m2 production area.
Be part of our success! joining the team as R&D Warranty engineer - Valeo eAutomotive,
- Definition of warranty obligations, responsibilities with the customer (Inverters, On Board chargers and eAxles systems for electrical vehicles)
- Investigation and analysis of warranty and 0 km customer complaints
- Documentation of warranty analysis, compliance with the required processes, customer and Valeo QRQC requirements.
- Collect warranty outage data, summarize analysis results and support presentation to the customer, escalation if necessary
- Conducting product failure analyses
- Liaising with partner departments, foreign manufacturing or R&D centers
- Technical Studies (e. g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, etc)
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Knowledge/interest in statistical analysis tools, Electronics, Microcontrollers, PCB Design, Electrical Laboratory Equipment, programming languages.
- Experience in similar fields would be an advantage (e. g. electrical engineering, quality, process engineering, validation)
- Hungarian language would be an advantage
- Intermediate level of English Language
