Our main business lines are project management & technical control (of construction projects),  design & engineering as well as real estate development and management (Asset, Property and Facility Management). Our activity covers all types of buildings and construction works, including office buildings, sport, hotels, retail and industrial projects. Our office is located in the centre of Budapest.

• Responsibility for design and/or cost management for hotel, office, logistics and industrial projects
• Keeping direct contact and coordination of designers, project stakeholders
• Review and crosscheck design documentations, design processes
• Draft, prepare and follow up budget, cost schedules, reports according to the company’s management system
• Reporting to the Project Manager

• Bachelor or master degree in architecture or engineering
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Experience in design processes (design licence is an advantage)
• Flexible, open minded, creative, solution and goal-oriented personality
• Self-reliant, independent but good team player as well
• Fluent in Hungarian, well in English, other languages are beneficial
• Solid IT skills (MS 365, Excel, CAD)
