MERE is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing rental opportunities for our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential rental properties suitable for MERE stores.

Engage in negotiations with property owners to secure favorable leasing terms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and property values ​​to make informed recommendations.

Prepare reports and presentations on property options to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.

Valid driver's license.
