The MAM-Hungária Kft. has launched its baby products manufacturing for more than 30 years in Vaskeresztes. Most of our colleagues have been working with us for more than 10 years to improve babies’ healthy development. - Managing, coordinating and developing the entire recruitment and organizational development area
- Leading the recruitment and organizational development team
- Continuously serving the organization’s human resource needs according to the business and production plans
- Conducting workforce planning, job evaluation, classification, labor demand and supply analysis and developing job descriptions
- Managing and developing recruitment and selection for blue - and white -collar jobs, for Hungarian and foreign employees
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and representing the company at recruitment events, job fairs, open days
- Managing the organizational development processes
- Developing and conducting annual learning and development plans and organizing external and internal training and leadership development
- Coordinating the organization’s oriental program, performance appraisal system, career and talent management
- Establishing and coordinating educational activities, school relations and internship programs
- Managing and developing recruitment and L&D HR processes
- Monitoring legislative changes related to workforce management and initiate actions accordingly
- Maintaning constant relationship with employees and leadership
- University degree
- min. 3-5 years of leadership experience in recruitment and/or organizational development or learning & development
- Proficient communication in English
- MS Office skills
- Diligence and preciseness in work
- Self-starter attitude, proactivity and continuous improvement approach
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
