• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the multilingual support team
• Consulting with managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Reports vacancies, status of recruitment on a weekly basis and keeps score of vacancies
• Evaluting resumes, conducting personal, phone or video screening calls
• Finding ideal candidate profiles using different databases (internal database, job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, etc. )
• Use recruiting tools to assess candidates’ skills
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Attend job fairs and careers events

• College/University degree
• At least 1-2 years experience in recruitment
• English knowledge on business level is must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good intercultural sensitivity
• Reliable, independent, loyal

• Possibility to work in hybrid model  (3 days in the office in Budapest, 2 days at home in Hungary) after the probation period
