• According to the existing establishment and business development needs, determine the recruitment target, summarize the number of job requirements and personnel requirements, and formulate a recruitment plan;
• Understand and grasp the employment needs of various departments, implement recruitment, publish recruitment advertisements, conduct resume screening, evaluate candidates and provide preliminary interview reports;
• Manage and develop recruitment channels;
• Maintain the talent pool.  

• Bachelor's degree or above in human resources-related majors
• More than two years of relevant working experience;
• Have practical experience in human resources recruitment, and be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations;
• Have good communication and coordination skills, have a sense of service and a strong sense of responsibility, have strong resistance to pressure.
• English, Hungarian  and Chinese is necessary.

• Experience with international recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
