ABOUT THE JOB
Ceva seeks applicants for the full-time position of Regional Demand and Supply Planner in the Business Operations team within the Commercial Directory of Ceva's Phlyaxia Commercial branch in Budapest's 9th district. This is a hybrid role that has home office opportunities up to (10) days a month.
The Phylaxia Campus and its' various branches are one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. Commercial Directorate in the region, brings value to the company through sales and marketing activities, supported by enabling functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this position involves creating and managing demand forecasts and inventory control processes, ensuring accurate planning and supply coordination, and improving related systems processes within a the region, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with various stakeholders.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Demand Planning:
- Creating and maintaining rolling forecast for finished goods marketed in the region
- Preparation and leading of monthly forecast meetings with Marketing and Sales colleagues
- Insert forecast into forecast tool, and make sure it's correctly visible for plants
- Follow up weekly sales vs. forecast and make adjustments if needed
- Analyse and understand forecast accuracy metrics, and be able to act upon the results
- Process development (e. g. automatization, reports and analyses)
- Monitor, control and validate supply plan for the region
- Participate on the monthly supply review meeting with Marketing and Sales colleagues
- Ensure planning Master Data is up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure inventory planning is done according to the agreed parameters
- Analyse and understand month on hand and Working Capital Requirement metrics, and can act upon the results
- Process development (e. g. automatization, reporting)
- Be fully aware of status of receipts from the point of dispatch until it is released for OOS and low stock products
- Keeping contact with local and regional Customer Service
- Informing colleagues about product shortages and availability

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Results-oriented: taking personal accountability to deliver results.
- Structured and analytical thinking. Precision.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and general IT application proficiency.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Experience in FMCG or pharma/health industry is a plus.
