About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and our clients.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi.  
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.  
• A proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing strategies.  
• Experience with SEO and performance marketing will be highly valued.  
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and hands-on experience in the Web3 space.  
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive data-informed decisions.  
• Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment.  
• Fluency in written and spoken English.  
• A willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves.  
• Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage.  
• Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly and effectively to client needs and challenges.
