Reporting and Digitalization Sales Support Specialist

In your local office you will be working with senior stakeholders and with all the sales teams, contributing to the effectiveness of the business through digitalization.
,- Manage digitalization developments in the sales support area of operation, as well as providing continuous education and support in this area to both distribution networks;
- Complete sales support reporting, further automation, monthly closing;
- Prepare certain sales reports to Power BI background for senior managers;
- Automate the process of evaluating individual commissions;
- Automation in evaluating individual bonuses for an independent sales channel;
- Participate in projects involving Sales or Sales Support;
- Provide channel partners with data necessary for business acquisition and portfolio management;
- Ensure effective communication with sales and administrative partner departments and the company's sales partners.
Risk management:
- Act against situations that give the company an unfair competitive advantage;
- Participate in avoiding situations where there is a high risk;
- Notify the CEO of risk threats or dangers encountered.
- Higher degree in economics or equivalent work experience;
- Very good Excel knowledge (macro use is not a challenge, programming skills are an advantage);
- Access knowledge;
- Power BI usage and openess for learning new applications;
- Interested in digital solutions and very good at reporting;
- Good English language skills;
- Adaptability to frequent changes coming from the sales side;
- Solution oriented;
- High level of accuracy in daily work;
- Sense of responsibility in completing the tasks independently;
- Very good communication skills;
- Self-motivation, curiosity and passion for automation.
