The Defence Innovation Research Institute of Hungary is a 100% state-owned company under the ownership of the Hungarian Ministry of Defence. The purpose of the Company is the development, management and coordination of dual-use products related to defence developments and the defence industry in accordance with the interests of the Hungarian Ministry of Defence in order to ensure that the personnel of the Hungarian Defence Forces are equipped with domestically developed and manufactured equipment as much as possible. ,

• Lead the Data Analysis Team, guiding members in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends in emerging technologies, economic factors, and defence developments
• Oversee research projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, providing clear, actionable insights for policy and operational considerations
• Develop and manage methodologies for impact analysis on defence capabilities and future operating environments
• Collaborate closely with other teams to integrate findings into broader organizational strategies

• Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Analysis, Defence Studies, or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate analysis and/or defence research, with an understanding of technology and its strategic implications
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with data-driven methodologies and trend forecasting
