Retail Integration Project Expert – 2 years fixed term

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Co-ordination and management of post-merger integration programs, ensuring the complex transition of newly acquired companies into MOL Group.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Supporting in leading the definition of target operating model and integration strategy.

Preparation of the integration program plan.

Manage the operational implementation of the integration based on defined strategy and program plan (incl. implementation of MOL Group standard processes and systems, change management).

Constantly review the integration plans to confirm that they still support the goals.

Set up and support to drive program governance (e. g. , tools, meeting cadence etc. ).

Managing tracking and reporting.

Recognise and mitigate risks.

Prepare decision-making materials for management.

Act as an important communication point for the project team, closely cooperate with internal stakeholders both on Group and local level.

Regularly reporting to Integration Project Manager.

Education, skills, experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business.

3-5 years of professional experience in program and project management.

Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams with multiple stakeholder.

Fluency in English.

Driving licence, readiness to travel.
