ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading a team of 8 road freight operators Responsible for the performance and achievement of the department based on the targets Support the month end procedure with reporting to the Branch Manager Handling customer claims and rejected invoices in case needed Active contribution in domestic and international road freight transport operation, executed by our subcontracted carriers Negotiate contracts, transportation, and handling costs Liaise with third parties in accordance with customer requirements Maintain visibility and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports, statistical and unit cost analyst Provide quotations to existing clients/ new clients and agents Ensure all jobs are processed based on expected / agreed handling process QUALIFICATIONS: Previous 5 years of experience in road freight forwarding Previous 3 years of team leading experience Minimum level of secondary education Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hungarian A high level of energy with a "can-do" positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit Eligibility to work in Hungary WHAT THEY OFFER: Competitive remuneration package including an employee incentive plan Variety of recognition schemes, including long service, employee appreciation, social activities, staff competitions Flexible/Hybrid working schedule Training and development Access to LinkedIn learning for personal and professional development Friendly, fun and relaxed culture Laptop and mobile phone LOCATION: Budapest IX, Közraktár street HOW TO APPLY: Please send us your professional CV by clicking the "APPLY" button below!
