The 71-room hotel is the latest asset to the Radisson Collection, the premium luxury brand of the Radisson Hotel Group making its debut in Hungary.

Furthermore, the hotel will feature a charming café and cocktail bar with a cozy terrace, offering a delightful perfect setting for guests to relax and enjoy the view of the Basilica. , The soon-to-open Radisson Collection 5-Star Hotel is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and passionate Rooms Division Manager to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams. As we build a full team of talented professionals, we are also welcoming suggestions and applications from enthusiastic FO and HK staff who are eager to be part of this exciting journey.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the Rooms Division Department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to
- Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction, comfort and cleanliness, delivering a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution
- Effectively manages the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values
- Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained
- Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner
- Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
- 3+ years of professional experience in the Rooms Division
- Fluent in written and spoken Hungarian and English
- Time management, multitasking, communication, and supervisory skills
- Supportive, proactive, and analytical
