In this position you will:

• Enter Invoice Information
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices
• Perform Purchase Order Matching (Two- & Three-Way)
• Report problematic invoices
• Perform Invoice Maintenance
• Perform Invoice Quality check (e. g. , Daily, Period, Yearly)
• Perform Invoice Quality Reconciliation (e. g. , Daily, Period, Yearly)
• Participate in closing
• Fulfill Customer Service Inquiries

Elvárások / Requirements

To be able to apply for this position you need:

• College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with major in accounting or equivalent qualification)
• Fluent English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 1 year AP experience (SSC environment is an advantage)
• PeopleSoft Skills or SAP knowledge is a PLUS
