Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Lead a team of accountants/specialists in Record to Report (RTR).
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support audit reviews and address escalations.
• Manage period-end and year-end closing schedules.
• Oversee the accuracy of financial data and transaction processing.
• Contribute to process improvements and foster innovation.
• Mentor and manage accountants and process specialists.
• Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and other hubs.

Elvárások / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• You have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in RTR or multinational Accounting, including team management/coordination.
• You have a relevant accounting qualification etc. CPA, ACCA, IFRS certificate.
• You're experienced with modern Finance/ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred).
• You have a solid understanding of IFRS.
• You have strong English skills (other European languages are a plus) and you’re comfortable working with different accents.
• You possess excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• You're a strong leader with a collaborative approach.
