RTR Team Lead (French speaking)
Are you looking for a position where you can utilize your experience within multinational and well-known company? Our German partner is looking for an Team Leader who will manage the French speaking RTR team in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Lead team of accountants/specialists in RTR (Record to Report)
Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders
Manage the period-end and year-end closing schedules for the countries in scope
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts
Perform accounting processes for your assigned processes, for example query handling, month-end, reconciliations of all balance sheets, fixed assets, or lease accounting
Review and approving journals, assisting with technical IFRS accounting issues
Requirements:
3-5 years prior experience in accounting and in managing a small team
Fluent English and French knowledge
Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders
