We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a passion for sales, customer service & business development to join our team in Hungary. ,
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the road transportation sector through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and activities in a CRM system.
- Develop customized solutions to meet transportation needs of potential clients, addressing factors such as cost, efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor on transportation matters.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Meet or exceed sales targets reporting progress and results regularly to sales management.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development within the road freight sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our road freight services.
- Meet or exceed sales quota as defined by the company.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

- Passion for sales, hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative new opportunities and deliver targets.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the road transportation field.
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics, including modes of transportation, routing, freight rates, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Advanced business writing and verbal skills both in Hungarian and English.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Degree in Shipping / Supply Chain / Logistics will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Any relevant experiences in case of sea freight forwarding activity
