We are offering water services in Hungary for more than 20 years via our daughter companies. With 260 employees we are market leader in bottled water and point-of-use (POU) water dispensing systems and services. Reporting to the Hungarian Customer Experience Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and business development operations of the Hungarian Business Unit. These responsibilities include:
- the development and the implementation of the local growth strategy,
- leading a business development team of 6-10 persons (hunter field sales, tele-sales, account representative, KAM) to achieve the growth targets,
- daily management of the team activities,
- competence development by training and coaching of the team members,
- recruiting new persons and organizing their orientation,
- creating and executing a clear sales plan for the year by analyzing the market, planning the sales activities, implementing the plans; reporting & follow-up of the own- and team activities,
- leading and participating on regular sales- and sales management meetings,
- brand building together with marketing,
- implementing new products and services within own geographical area.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- sales performance, efficiency of the own team (revenue, pcs, average sales / person),
- sales personnel turnover rate,
- customer satisfaction,
- customer retention (own area, own customers),
- turnover and profit margin,
- profitability of the company,
- development targets and projects.
- proven track record in sales and/or Key Account Management for at least 5 years, preferably in service sales,
- sales management experience at least for 3 years,
- business development experience within the dedicated region,
- result-oriented personality,
- good people management skills, experience in leading a sales team, team working skills,
- excellent negotiation and networking skills,
- resistance to stress,
- college or university-level education,
- strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian, fluent in English,
