We do not have our own product, but work on our clients' projects and develop wonderful products, mainly in the field of digital health. - Create our sales process with us and take control of it. We need a well-oiled sales machine that delivers happy clients in a predictable, measurable way. You get everything you need to build this machine, from staff to budget.
- Acquire new clients in the Western European and US markets, mainly in the life sciences and digital health sectors.
- You will be our very first dedicated sales manager. What you build will shape the company for many years to come. Great opportunity, great responsibility.
- Proven track record that you have worked in sales for B2B software development/B2B service companies.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the software development/B2B service industry.
- To put together a proper E2E sales strategy and run it.
- Familiarity with basic CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct one-on-one meetings or presentations.
- Open and confident communication within the company, from the technical teams to the management.
- Excellent English, additional languages are an advantage.
- You are able to wear multiple hats: you have experience in planning, designing, implementing and analyzing sales activities - you may have to do it all in a single day.
- Willingness to travel - nothing beats face-to-face contact with clients and colleagues.
- You have to work from our office in Szeged, at least 3 days a week.
