Starting date: ImmediatelyLocation: BudapestSales ManagerQualificationsUniversity / college degree8 to 10 years’ work experience in factoring and/or banking industry, alternatively sales experience in major industries relevant for the Hungarian and connected marketsResponsibilities and Tasks:Drive the development and growth of the Hungarian officeIdentifying key areas for improvement in the sales processAttending industry events and conferences to generate new business for the companyMonthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variancesSkills requiredBusiness awareness (including competitors and environment knowledge)Business experience in the Hungarian factoring business or relevant industriesTrack record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a businessProactive selling and negotiation skillsClient centric approachExcellent skills in spoken and written EnglishIntegrity and loyaltyWhat we offer?
