Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to build our reseller network across the EU. You will be at the forefront of our growth, creating strong partnerships, representing our brand, and helping us expand internationally. - Proven success in technical sales—minimum 4-5 years in B2B roles.
- Technical background, ideally in engineering, instrumentation, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build trust and relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to face challenges.
- Passion for travel—willingness to travel extensively in Hungary and Europe.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong user skills in Windows environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and managing reseller networks.
- Educational background in electrotechnics, economics, or marketing.
- German communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
